Job summary

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the operations team in ongoing client implementations and product management. He or she will assist with new client implementations, product reporting, claims pricing, and product testing. This position requires someone who identifies as a self-starter and is interested in learning the ins and outs of Imagine Health's product offerings, as well as the healthcare industry at large.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with new client implementations (e.g. manage meeting minutes, agendas, and implementation schedules)
  • Track product service level agreements and monitor vendor performance
  • Compile performance guarantee reporting to deliver to clients
  • Assist with claims pricing
  • Test new product features in the Imagine Health app and portal
  • Identify and track issues/bugs in Imagine Health's provider directory, member app, and member portal
  • Monitor ongoing file feeds to Imagine Health partners
  • Monitor data integrity in Imagine Health's provider directory
  • Document and streamline existing workflows and business processes
  • Foster partnership with customers and vendors
  • Assist with documenting existing processes

Education and Experience

4-Year College Education and/or equivalent industry experience

1-2 years of relevant industry experience
